					  Orders received before 7:00 AM. PST are shipped same day, otherwise next business day.
Shipping time varies depending on shipping method selected.   Usually, First Class 3-5 days, Priority 2-4 days, Express 1-2 days.

                   Important information about payment: For your security, your 
                    billing name and address must match that of the credit card

                    your merchandise for whatever reason, just return it within 
                    14 days from date of purchase. Must e-mail for instructions 
                    and receive a return confirmation number first. We'll give 
                    you full refund, less shipping and handling and NO RESTOCKING 
                    FEE. There is no return on special order items or on any items 
                    that have been resized.  The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in 
                    the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), 
                    parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and 
                    unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or 
                    blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, 
                    the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been 
                    sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of 
                    any item with any indication that it has been used. In addition, 
                    returned items must be accompanied by their original documentation. 
                    All items properly returned under this policy are eligible 
                    for a refund or a store credit, at your option. If you choose 
                    a refund, the full purchase price will be credited to the 
                    same form of payment used for the original purchase.  Damaged or Defective Items  If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer 
                    Service Specialist within 14 days of delivery at service@FastDropShip.com. 
                    Please supply the Specialist with your order number from your 
                    original confirmation e-mail. We will also need your e-mail 
                    address and phone number. FastDropShip will make every 
                    reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. 
                    We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item 
                    due to shipping.  If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order 
                    and contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately at service@FastDropShip.com. 
                    Please include your order number in the e-mail.  It takes us 5-7 full business days to process your refund 
                    once the item is back in our possession. Business days are 
                    Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United 
                    States. We will notify you of the status of your return by 
                    e-mail.  Return Instructions  Here is the simple process for returning an item to FastDropShip:
                    
                   
                     Contact our Customer Service Department by e-mailing 
                      us at service@FastDropShip.com 
                      to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. 
                      The RMA code must be written on the original invoice and 
                      on the pre-printed return-shipping label found inside your 
                      original order package. 
                     Repack the product in its original packaging materials, 
                      including warranties. 
                     If the product you're returning included a special offer 
                      or a "gift with purchase," return that item as 
                      well, or you may choose to have the cost of that item subtracted 
                      from your refund. 
                     Affix the enclosed, pre-printed return-shipping label 
                      to the package you are returning, and do not include any 
                      other markings or text on the package. Ship your return 
                      prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a carrier 
                      that offers package tracking, such as United States Postal 
                      Service registered mail, United Parcel Service (UPS), or 
                      Federal Express to the address listed on the pre-printed 
                      label.
                   Please note: Use caution when returning jewelry items (gemstones, 
                    diamonds and pearls) via the United States Postal Service. 
                    Your shipment may be subject to irradiation treatment, which 
                    can cause damage to jewelry.
